Store Planning Specialist

The Store Planning Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and execution of Hiessēnce retail spaces, kiosks, and premium scent experiential hubs. This role ensures that our retail footprints, store layouts, and spatial designs align perfectly with Hiessēnce’s luxury brand standards, minimalist aesthetics, and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Spatial & Aesthetic Design: Develop and review elegant store layouts, floor plans, and spatial proposals that reflect Hiessēnce’s premium brand identity and maximize visual merchandising impact.
• Project Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of new boutique openings, pop-up stores, renovations, relocations, and closures from conceptual layout to final fit-out.
