Responsibilities

Focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance; key duties include leading staff, managing inventory, controlling costs (labor, supplies), ensuring quality/hygiene, developing sales/marketing plans, and executing operational strategies for revenue growth in a fast‑paced environment. Directly reporting to the management.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage all stores and company bazaars, operations, and ensure high standards of food/beverage quality and presentation.
