Responsibilities

Sales and Profitability

• Monitors departmental sales contribution and growth.
• Initiates cost effective programs for Grocery and Fresh department

Operations

• Ensure that product specialists are properly trained prior to deployment
• Ensure complete manpower deployment in assigned areas: Grocery and Fresh department.

Customer Service

• Ensures efficiency in handling customer related concerns.
• Ensures 100% compliance of product specialists to Customer Service Standards.
• Ensures excellent customer service is rendered by product specialists in the assigned department.

Receiving Procedure, Merchandising and Shrinkage Control

• Accuracy in processing of deliveries and rtv.
• Store inventory are all accounted for.
• Knowledgeable in fast and slow moving it...
