Store Manager (Westbank)

The Store Manager has a key role at Dollarama, managing and overseeing the daily retail store operation which includes day‑to‑day operations, visual merchandising activities, performance management, recruitment and training of new employees, scheduling and inventory management. The Store Manager also ensures that the standards of the store are in line with company guidelines and best practices.

Daily tasks (but not limited to):

• Overseeing all store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and strategies.
• Leading, engaging, and developing store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Helping with store merchandising, shelf stocking and boxing and unboxing daily shipments.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.
