What you’ll do

• Customer Service – Provide leadership, consistent coaching, and follow‑up to ensure delivery of the service model standards to each customer. Enforce operating model customer service standards and deliver an exceptional omni‑channel experience by offering in‑store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce orders within defined service levels. Support customer acquisition through promotion of our customer loyalty and credit card programs.
• Operations – Demonstrate and follow up on execution of Mark’s visual compliance standards, store maintenance, and pricing standards. Establish and monitor execution of weekly price changes, promotional set‑ups, and department POP per workbook, ensuring 100% system pricing including weekly sweeps.
