Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations
• Implement retail loss prevention strategies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and building positive customer relationships
