Job Description
Controlling the Materials flow as correct storage locations and supplying material to the production lines by replenishing stock as per quantity determination.Implementing stock accuracy, managing parts delivery to be on time and with no production stop, and completing cycle count problem-solving, and analysis of the root cause to determine the preventive action.Implementing an acceptable visual control for the warehouse area and also in the parts handling area.Being responsible for store equipment maintenance eg. Forklift - make sure forklift trucks are ready to use by monitoring and dealing with the service provider in terms of contract and maintenance schedule.Implementing mentor training and coaching mid-level staff.Finding out the bottleneck process and pursuing continuous process improvement to increase the efficiency of material supply.<...
