A Store Manager is responsible for management of the entire store's operation, exceeding goals and expectations and providing quality customer service to our guests. The Store Manager is the primary person of responsibility, providing support and guidance to the employees. Maximize store profitability by managing controllable expenses, brand standards and all levels of compliance. Responsibilities: Provide a high level of leadership to the store and the employees. Support organizational financial performance to help store profitability. Manage inventory from all suppliers and keep offerings properly stocked. Follow all cash management procedures.
