We're looking for a responsible and motivated Branch Manager to lead our retail store. You'll manage daily operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team.

Job Description:

1) Lead Store Operations

• Oversee all day-to-day store activities, ensuring a clean, well-organized, and efficiently run retail environment.

2) Drive Sales Performance

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs, while upholding high standards of customer service.

3) Inspire and Lead the Team

• Mentor, train, and motivate store staff to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.

4) Other Tasks:

• Support marketing or other assignments as needed by management.
