As Store Manager in Northwich you will be responsible for achieving the store’s targets through promoting a sales culture in‑store, building and inspiring a strong customer‑first team and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will role‑model selling skills, coach and inspire your team through great leadership and adopt a proactive approach to sales management.
