• Running the daily operations of your store, leading, coaching & inspiring your team
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified expert in our 12-week training programme
• Creating an inclusive & uplifting space where every woman feels confident
• Smashing KPIs, merchandising like a pro & keeping the store looking flawless
• Driving success with the support of a dedicated Regional Manager
