As the Showroom Retail Manager you will lead the team, ensuring high‑quality customer experience and driving growth.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a small team to reach targets and deliver expert advice.
• Coach the team beyond order‑taking into high‑value design consultations.
• Use commercial insight to identify local trade opportunities and increase showroom visibility.
