Store Manager

In close collaboration with the KGB General Manager, the KGB Store Manager will provide leadership in both short- and long-term planning to help ensure the organization successfully achieves its mission and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, supervise employees and manage inventory.
• Effectively recruit and train new employees.
• Maintain store staffing levels to meet the needs of our customers.
• Monitor performance of staff and develop employees to their full potential.
