Store Manager

Purpose of the Role To ensure efficient receipt, storage, preservation, inventory control, and issuance of all cereal raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) required for uninterrupted production operations while maintaining quality, FIFO/FEFO compliance, inventory accuracy, hygiene standards, and cost control. The role is responsible for complete warehouse operations related to cereals, oats, muesli ingredients, nuts, seeds, additives, cartons, laminates, jars, pouches, labels, and consumables in accordance with food safety and company standards. Key Job Responsibilities 1. Raw Material (RM) Management Ensure proper receiving, unloading, verification, and storage of all cereal raw materials. Handle storage of: Oats Rolled oats Corn flakes Millets Wheat flakes Rice crisps Nuts & seeds Dry fruits Cocoa powder Protein blends Sweeteners Food additives Verify quantity, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, and supplier documents during inward process.
