Store Manager - ECI Preciados

General Position Summary:

The ECI Store Manager is responsible for managing and training the staff and day to day operations inside the assigned ECI concession; in addition to being a Sales Associate for a designated Concession.

The purpose is to ensure daily support to the Sales Associates, to ensure the performance of the assigned ECI Concession, and to be a liaison with the ECI Concession Coordinator. The ECI Store Manager ensures that the assigned Concession meet the sales target by managing the day to day activities of the store, to ensure its efficient, profitable and customer-oriented operation. Includes managing some personnel matters such as time and attendance management and training.
