Job Description
Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, drive trade activity, and deliver a first-class shopping experience. You will coach a high-performing team, nurture product knowledge, and uphold safety and wellbeing standards.
The role requires weekend availability (at least one Saturday and one Sunday per month) and the ability to attract, select, and train passionate staff while building strong stakeholder relationships.
