Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy Subway restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, organise and coordinate the daily operations of the store.
2. Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
3. Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
4. Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with Subway standards and food safety requirements.
5. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain adequate stock supplies.
