This role involves hiring and training T-ristas, implementing company policies and procedures. The Cha-Legend is also responsible for maintaining inventory levels, monitoring store expenses and ensuring that your location adheres to health and safety regulations.
You could be required to work in one or various locations and, if need be, divide your time according to meet the needs of each location.
