What You’ll Do

• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate a results-driven retail team
• Deliver excellent customer service and build customer loyalty
• Ensure smooth store operations, compliance, and visual standards
• Manage merchandise availability, inventory, and loss prevention
• Partner with HR, Merchandising, and Warehouse teams for store success

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course
• 3–5+ years of store management experience (retail, food, or similar)
