• Receive incoming materials and verify quality, quantity, and condition based on purchase order and delivery note.
• Store materials in designated locations with proper label and care to ensure easy retrieval and safety.
• Prepare and issue materials as per internal requests and production schedules.
• Update inventory records accurately using the warehouse systems (WMS & ERP).
• Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately to the warehouse management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area according to safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth warehouse workflow.
