Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, providing friendly support and helping them find the right products. Use store systems to check inventory, share product options, and support the full customer journey.
• Maintain the shop floor by keeping displays clean, organised and fully replenished to ensure displays stay fresh and aligned with GO Outdoors standards.
• Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till duties, restocking and compliance with safety and store guidelines.
• Show a genuine passion for the outdoors and the GO Outdoors product range.
• Exhibit a proactive attitude, confidently approaching customers and supporting sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring the shop floor is always well presented and customer‑ready.
• Be self‑motivated, eager to learn, improve and progress within the business.
