Role Overview

At GO Outdoors, we don’t just equip adventures — we inspire them. As a Store Colleague, you’ll play an important role in delivering a great in‑store experience every day, helping customers feel welcome, supported, and ready for their next adventure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the right products for their needs.
• Use in‑store systems to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer journey.
• Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and fully replenished — ensuring displays stay fresh and aligned with GO Outdoors standards.
• Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till duties, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
