We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Store Business Manager for our Sydney CBD, Inner West and Northern Suburbs stores. This role will be based out of our Glebe store but will travel to other stores in the area where cover or assistance may be needed. If you’re passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and know how to balance commercial performance with a positive team culture, this is your next big move.

You will role model what success looks like, setting the standard for customer excellence, fostering a positive collaborative workplace that drives accountability, strong engagement, and delivery of overall store performance and a customer focused sales culture.
