Store auditor

Key Responsibilities
Conduct periodic physical audits of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Verify ERP transactions (GRN, stock transfer, material issue, dispatch) against physical records.
Identify and resolve discrepancies, unauthorized modifications, or backdated entries.
Audit dispatch processes to ensure accuracy, documentation, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Recommend system control improvements and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory mismatches and ensure smooth data flow.
Maintain compliance with GMP, ISO, and internal audit standards.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of inventory control, dispatch, and ERP audit systems.
Hands-on ERP experience with audit trails and access control.
Analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and compliance awareness.
Experience 7–10 years in stores audit / ERP audit within manufacturing.
