Store Assistant

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Store Assistant in Tunbridge Wells working 16 hours per week who can easily commute locally. Stores open 7 AM-8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

As a Store Assistant, you will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need. Your responsibilities include:

• Hand-on with deliveries, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean, and preparing orders.
• Provide outstanding customer service, even during busy times.
• Ask customers the right questions to help them find the right tools for their projects.
• Proactively sell benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to experience great deals.
