Store Assistant

Position

Store Assistant – Byfleet – 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to customers, assisting them with finding products and delivering excellent customer experience.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Maintain store appearance and stock shelves; perform warehouse tasks.
• Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
• Ask appropriate questions and show genuine interest in customers’ projects.
• Be proactive, reliable, and flexible, supporting customers and team.

Requirements and personal attributes

• Local resident able to commute to the store.
• Available to work early starts and late finishes (stores open 7 AM – 8 PM).
• Warm, friendly personality with strong communication skills.
