Store Assistant

Position Details

10 hours per week. Must live locally and commute easily to the store. Store open 7 AM to 8 PM; must manage early starts and late finishes.

Toolstation supports growth; many managers started as Store Assistants and moved into management roles.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Assistant, you will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, handling deliveries, performing warehouse tasks, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean.

• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Provide outstanding service during busy times.
• Ask the right questions to understand customer project needs.
• Be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
