Store Apprentice – Newbury

20 hours per week. Local candidates only. You'll work from 7 AM to 8 PM, so early starts and late finishes are required. We provide opportunities to progress within the company.

What you'll do

• Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
• Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks.
• Keep things running smoothly: Maintain a clean and well‑organised store, ensuring everything is ready for customers and safe for colleagues.
• Learn while working: Set aside time each week to complete apprenticeship coursework, supported by your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach.
