Job Description

                Function Pharmacy Facility Position Stock Controller Introduction Vacancy exists for a Stock Controller position in the Pharmacy Department at Life Queenstown Private Hospital. The successful candidate will report to the Pharmacy Manager, Xoliswa Mehlala and will contribute to the effective management of stock in the hospital.
 Critical Outputs Taking full responsibility for stock. 

Accurate goods receipting of prosthesis and consignment against invoices 

Assist with investigation of GRIR reports 

Adhering to all SOP’s relating to stock and its management

Daily filing of Invoices and other documentation 

Drive New item code requests 

Unpacking and checking of stock 

Drive the improvement of stock availability 

Assist to drive stock write-off reduction 

Assist to manage non-recoverable consumable utilization
