Join The Beer Store as a Supervisor of Stewardship Field Services in Ottawa, Ontario. This full-time role emphasizes managing the Deposit Return System while fostering community relationships and operational compliance.
Reporting to the Director, Stewardship Strategy, you will engage with various stakeholders throughout Southern Ontario to optimize the returns network. The ideal candidate has a background in environmental stewardship, possess critical thinking skills, and can efficiently handle customer-facing situations. Up to 80% travel is required, making a valid driver’s license essential.

• Build strong connections with redemption and retail locations
• Facilitate onboarding and training for return sites
• Promote efficient DRS operations at all levels
