Assisting with the leading, coaching, organization and development of the supervisory committee and colleagues within the stewarding department. He/she will report to the Director of Stewarding with any problems, concerns, suggestions and/or comments. He/she will assist Director of Stewarding with hiring duties as well as scheduling of stewards.
- Direct supervision of all stewarding employees, and supervisors as well as training, performance management, scheduling and assigning of daily duties and long term projects
- Ensuring the highest quality of cleanliness and organization in all food service areas and service equipment
- Schedule staff to ensures that all F&B areas are maintained in accordance with the sanitation standards
- Follow all health and safety rules as outlined by the department and the hotel. Ensures that all food safety standards + processes are completed on a daily basis in his or her area of the depart...
