The Steward Supervisor oversees daily stewarding operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper handling of kitchen equipment and utensils. This role supports kitchen and F&B operations by maintaining high sanitation standards and supervising the stewarding team.

• Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding activities.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, stores, and back-of-house areas.
• Monitor proper washing, storage, and handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP / food safety).
• Assign duties, prepare duty rosters, and monitor attendance of stewards.
• Train stewards on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety practices.
