Steward / Lavaplatos – Full Time - PM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Maintain the cleanliness of all hotel kitchenware including china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils
+ Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment as directed
+ Remove trash and recyclables and ensure kitchen and stewarding areas are clean, organized, and safe
+ Restock supplies and assist with food preparation support as needed
+ Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures in compliance with food safety standards
