Job Description
**_RELATIONSHIPS:_**
+ Reports directly to Stewarding Supervisor/Assistant Chief Steward/Chief Steward
+ Interacts and cooperates with others in the Stewarding Department.
+ Interacts and cooperates with other Departments as appropriate.
**_DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:_**
+ Washes, scrubs, and maintains Kitchen and related walls and floors.
+ Operates dishwashing machine to manufacturer's specifications and instructions.
+ Washes and scrubs pots and pans used in the Kitchen.
+ Arranges Chinaware, Silver in store rooms and shelves.
+ Empties various garbage cans as appropriate.
+ Assists Kitchen personnel as required.
+ Adopts the Clear as you go method of working.
1. Sets up work station as required including filling dish machine, checking chemical levels, setting up flatware presoak, and gathering required set-up equipment for pot sink.
