Sterile Processing Supervisor - Full Time / Nights (10p-6a)

Supervises daily activities of the sterile processing associates to ensure adherence to local policies, procedures, and guidelines/standards from regulatory agencies. Responsibilities: Oversees decontamination, assembly and sterilization of surgical instruments using Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) standards.| Oversees and completes preparation of all case carts as required by following local inventory standards.| Evaluates and documents quality assurance program findings and coaches team toward improving regular audit outcomes. Focuses on productivity standards and quality workflow metrics.| Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

Requirements:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience.

+ Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
