Shift Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (approx. 35 – 40 hours) Job Summary The Student LifeCycle Management (SLCM) team is seeking a Business Analyst to support the student experience and university stakeholders and back office users dedicated to student success. This position would provide both customer service to our end users and stakeholders (as they reach out with questions) but would also be working with members of the SLCM team on student records and data quality that impact system processes (and assisting with these items to ensure system processes complete successfully).
