About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Steelmaker to join our supportive team at the Rooty Hill Steel Mill. You’ll be part of a large, experienced steelmaking crew and report directly to the Shift Leader. Our Steel Mill operates 24/7, and this role involves 12-hour shifts on a rotating 7-day roster (day and night shifts).

This is a 12-month contract position—an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to build confidence, learn new skills, and gain valuable experience in the steel industry.
