Position Summary Information Job Description Summary The Program Coordinator for a STEAM Summer Academy is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing a dynamic, hands-on learning program in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Provides leadership and support to instructors and instructional assistants, ensuring engaging, incorporative, and standards-aligned instruction across all classrooms. Manages daily operations, including scheduling, materials, and student supervision, while maintaining a safe and structured environment. Serves as the central point of communication for staff, students, and families, while monitoring program effectiveness and supporting continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalency.
