Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum payload and safe, efficient, on‑time departures.
• Oversee passenger, baggage and cargo handling in line with company procedures.
• Monitor ground handler performance and maintain AirAsia service standards.
• Maintain full compliance with company accounting procedures at the station.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with local government and regulatory bodies.
• Provide leadership and support to station personnel, ensuring operational manuals are updated and accessible.
• Manage and be accountable for monetary transactions at the station.
