The Role
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join the engineering team at a large static site in West London.
You will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of air conditioning and mechanical building systems, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance on air conditioning systems
Respond to reactive maintenance requests and fault finding tasks
Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs across HVAC equipment
Complete engineer reports and maintain accurate maintenance records
