State Manager – Victoria

Lovisa was established in Australia in 2010 and has grown to become one of the world’s leading fast-fashion jewellery retailers, with over 1,000 stores across more than 50 markets globally.

We are now looking for an experienced State Manager – Victoria to lead our Victorian retail network and drive performance, customer experience, team development and operational excellence across the state.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, commercially focused and hands-on retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and loves developing teams to deliver results.

The Opportunity

As our State Manager – Victoria, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of stores across the state, partnering closely with Regional Managers, Store Managers and the broader Retail Operations team to drive sales, strengthen capability and deliver the Lovisa customer experience.
