State Licensed Plumber

**Description**

Ability to interpret drawings and layouts from mechanical drawings

Provide emergency repairs to leaking, loose, clogged, or plumbing components in disrepair

Duties to include, but not limited to, all types of plumbing repairs, minor steam line repairs and re-routing, natural gas pipe repairs and re-routing, storm and sewage line maintenance and repairs and preventative maintenance

Perform plumbing repairs and plumbing upgrades

To include sinks, faucets, radiator valves, and traps, toilets, bathtubs, drain lines, water supply lines, and natural gas line risers

Installs and maintains appliances such as hot water heaters, pumps, sump, and sewage pumps and ejectors

Requisitions materials and supplies using in-house procedures as needed

Lays out, installs, repairs, or maintains pipelines for water, gas, or compressed air
