State finance coordinator – imep iii

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance Coordinator will work in closely with Deputy Director Finance and Manager Finance to ensure that the project financial activities are executed on time and will be responsible for the following major activities
- : Reviewing and Processing the staff advance
- s Reviewing and Processing the expenses submitted by the staff members including field staf
- f Coordinate with the concerned project technical team/ program team
-. Ensure that all necessary supporting documents are received from staff including field staff and verified for accuracy and adequacy
- ; Receive and review the monthly invoice along with supporting documents from service provider
- ; Follow with program team to provide all supporting documents to process the payment
