In your role as Instrumentation Supervisor, you will lead instrumentation efforts at our Shepard Shop facility. You should have significant experience (8+ years) in fabrication environments with a focus on process and compression packages. Your expertise will ensure that all work conforms to engineering and safety standards while mentoring technicians and coordinating production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all installation and calibration of instrumentation
• Ensure quality control aligns with engineering specifications
• Manage project deadlines through effective task assignments
• Drive safe execution of instrumentation activities
• Report production statuses and discrepancies during meetings
