• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective

• Share & help implement agile/scrum best practices within assigned teams

• Keep track of and help overcome obstacles raised by development team

• Perform daily tracking / occasional admin tasks needed to optimize Jira for an effective monitoring of sprint progress by the team (including metrics velocity / burndown charts)

• Based on areas of opportunity and/or new ideas surfaced in team retrospectives (or outside) propose improvements geared towards improving team performance & overall delivery

• Assist development manager in tracking team capacity to ensure sprint planning reflects realistic / empirically obtained data from historical sprint values.
