- Support daily operations related to shoe standardization and production processes
- Prepare, translate, and manage Japanese documents (manuals, SOPs, reports)
- Compile and organize data related to product standards and technical requirements
- Assist in creating and updating operational manuals based on on-site (genba) conditions
- Coordinate with Japanese team members regarding process updates and standard alignment
- Monitor adherence to standard procedures and report any issues or deviations
- Support administrative and operational tasks within the technical/standardization team
