Governance:

•Good understanding of the JoA/PSA and be able to interpret the governance clauses and identify actions required by different parties.
• Support in the development of comprehensive integrated governance overview maps covering meetings, reports, adhoc queries, business issues and information flows

• Support Manager and Head to develop onboarding material for governance committees and secondees

• Frequently update and maintain above on boarding materials

• Support manager to run onboarding for governance committees and secondees

• Support Manager / Head to develop governance performance matrix and KPIs
• Maintain governance performance matrix and KPIs on a monthly basis (some KPIs will be qualitative and subjective and hence need to be accurately reflected using good judgement and verification from directors)
• Discuss / present governance matrix and KPIs at ShaCom/SAC/H...
