WHAT YOU'LL DO 
Help with check-in and check-out.

Assist agents in complex situations.

Assist agent with most of the tasks of a customer service agent (greet guests, provide information on hotel services, schedules, available amenities, etc.).

Collaborate with other departments.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 
Study in Hospitality program, or similar program is an asset

Excellent oral and written communication skills
