Looking for an internship that will enable you to play a committed and independent role in the smooth running of events? Are you organized, positive and always in solution mode to respond effectively to various requests? This multidisciplinary internship is for you!


We have fall internship opportunities located at the Alt Hotel in Quebec City for a period varying between 3 to 6 months starting this summer.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Take part in setting up and dismantling the lunch area and meeting and banquet rooms.

  • Perform various reception, delivery, storage, supply or maintenance tasks.

  • Set up the meeting rooms including arranging chairs, tables, audiovisual etc.

  • Welcome guests and assist them as need be throughout the duration of the event.

  • Set up and serve all food and beverages for the events such as breaks, lunch, dinner, etc.
