Lead client engagement as a Stage Experience Lead at Sephora in Scarborough, Ontario. Drive performance improvements through effective team training and client service strategies.
This full-time position focuses on ensuring that on-stage cast properly execute Sephora’s established selling model while responding effectively to client input. You'll collaborate with your manager to resolve client-related issues and support staff training on the latest Client Interactive Technology. Assisting with in-store events to align with store goals is also key to this role.
